Ann Blakelock - EI Pee Dee Area
I moved to Florence, South Carolina, in 2013 when my husband's job transferred our family from Connecticut, where we had lived for 23 years and raised our three children. I am the proud mother of two sons and one daughter.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and have a passion for working with children and supporting families. As a parent myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when concerns arise about a child's development and milestones. My goal is to help families navigate available resources and services so they can feel confident and supported throughout the process.
I am committed to helping children grow, learn, and reach their full potential while providing encouragement and guidance to the families I serve.
In my free time, I enjoy crafting, reading, baking, swimming, and traveling.

Nina Madison -EI Pee Dee Area - Supervisor
Hello, I am Nina Madison
I am a mother of 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren.
I knew I had what it takes to be an EI from my many years of experience working with children of all ages, some with diagnoses. What made me become an early interventionist is my instinct to help children learn and develop needed independent skills for their lives. I enjoy being an EI because helping children build a foundation to love learning leads to “A Great Society”, Lyndon B. Johnson.

Kierra Prescott - EI Pee Dee Area
Greetings! My name is Kierra Prescott, and I am a proud South Carolina native with a passion for supporting children and families. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Social Science from Allen University and my Master's Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University. I am also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
For the past eight years, I have had the privilege of working with infants, toddlers, and their families. I am passionate about helping children reach developmental milestones and empowering families with the tools and support they need to thrive. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing the positive impact that early intervention can have on a child's growth and a family's journey. I believe every child has unlimited potential, and I am committed to helping families build a strong foundation for future success. My goal is to provide encouragement, guidance, and compassionate support while partnering with families to celebrate every achievement along the way. A scripture that inspires and guides my life is Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." I look forward to continuing to serve children and families with dedication, compassion, and excellence.

I went to school to be a Recreational Therapist and have spent the majority of my career working with traumatic brain injuries and within the mental health field! I have always had a passion for helping others and am excited to step into this role.
I spent the majority of my life overseas as a missionary kid which is still central to my adult life. Living overseas has formed my love for all things outdoors, traveling, and experiencing new things and cultures. I enjoy learning new things and am excited to continue learning how to better serve those around me!"

Maribeth Osborn - EI Pee Dee Area - Lead EI
After teaching in the public schools for 29 years, 25 in Special Education teaching ages 4 to 21, I retired in order to devote more time to my mom, family, and fur babies. However, I needed a second act and came upon a job listing for PDPICS and realized I could take my passion for teaching and pour into our littles and their families in order to help them stretch, grow, and flourish! I've been with PDPICS for 3 1/2 years, and have learned just as much, if not more, from my littles as I have taught them.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, visiting the mountains and ocean, and spending time with my friends, husband and two grown daughters and son-in-law. To keep me humble, I am "owned" by a chubby dog named Honey Girl who loves her mama and treats, and a rotten little cat named Monkey who loves nothing more than bringing mommy "gifts" and cuddling. My personal and professional life can be summarized in the following verse: "Whatever you do, work at it with all of your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." Colossians 3:23
